Dogs (or quite aptly named mans best friend), have proved they're loyalty to humans on many accounts but recently one amazing dog alerted a family to abuse. Killian the Black Lab, German Shepherd mix has been known to be a very friendly dog, and open to most people. So when the dog started growling at the babysitter of 7 month old, Finn Jordan suspicions arose and the family immediately took action. The family put an Iphone under the living room couch to record what was happening when the left and what they heard was not only astonishing but also sickening. The baby sitter, Alexis Khan, could be heard cursing at the child, telling it to "Shut the **** up" and after a while of the baby crying what sounded like a slapping noise was heard and the distress cry quickly turned to a pain cry. Khan was charged with assult and battery and plead guilty where she was then sent to prison for three years and is never allowed to work with children again.
